Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and data on our platforms and services, including software, databases, text, graphics, icons, and designs, are the property of KS Group or its content suppliers and protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws.
Textile Design Protection:
Client-provided designs remain their exclusive property. We implement strict confidentiality measures for all client designs and patterns.
Liability
KS Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from:
- Use or inability to use our services
- Unauthorized access to or use of our servers
- Interruption or cessation of services
- Bugs, viruses, or similar harmful code
Service-Specific Limitations:
- Textile: Maximum liability limited to contract value
- Transport: Cargo insurance requirements
- IT: Data backup responsibilities
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Banswara, Rajasthan.
For international clients, arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with proceedings in English.
